Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the ZeekTech website (zeektech.au). By using this site, you agree to these terms. This website is informational — it does not itself deliver ZeekTech's IT services, which are separately agreed with each client.
Website content
All content on this site — text, graphics, and branding — belongs to ZeekTech unless otherwise noted, and is provided for general information about our services.
AI chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site uses AI to answer general questions about ZeekTech. Its responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for general information and convenience only — they do not constitute a formal quote, guarantee, or professional advice (including legal, financial, accounting, medical, or cybersecurity-incident advice). The assistant cannot inspect your systems, network, or accounts through chat alone — a proper assessment by ZeekTech is required before any conclusion is drawn about your specific setup. Always confirm scope, pricing, and timelines directly with ZeekTech before relying on anything the assistant says.
Please don't enter passwords, one-time/MFA codes, payment details, or other sensitive credentials into the chat assistant or contact form. ZeekTech will never ask for these through this website.
No professional advice
ZeekTech provides technology services. Nothing on this website or from the AI assistant is legal, financial, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this site or its chat assistant to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. You must not attempt to disrupt, scan, or gain unauthorised access to this site's systems — including automated scraping beyond what robots.txt permits, attempts to bypass security controls, vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service activity, or submitting malware — or use the contact form or chat assistant to send spam or impersonate another person or business.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is". While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy, and to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites (such as our social media pages). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
